The St. Louis County Office of Community Development is pleased to announce that the\u00a0Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA2) program<\/strong> is accepting applications NOW!\u00a0We are reaching out to organizations like yours to help spread the word and ensure that those who are in need of assistance are aware of this opportunity.<\/p>\n

The application will be open to the first 500 applicants, with only approximately 250 households receiving assistance<\/em><\/strong>. With the high demand, we\u00a0strongly encourage those who need assistance to apply as soon as possible.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

This program is designed to assist eligible renters who are experiencing financial hardship and at risk of housing instability.<\/p>\n

Key eligibility requirements include:\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0Must be a resident of St. Louis County.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0Must have a household income at or below 80% AMI<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0Must be at risk of eviction or experiencing housing instability.<\/p>\n

\u25cf\u00a0Must have a demonstrated financial hardship due to the COVID-19 pandemic or other qualifying circumstances.<\/p>\n
