School Visits & Enrollment
- There are two main steps in the application process: Application: Parents fill out this initial form with basic information, like demographics, to ensure their child meets our residency and age requirements. This application gets approved or rejected based on those qualifications. Registration: If approved, we'll email the parents a link to the second part of the application. Here, we'll ask for more detailed information, such as parent and health details, previous school records, and any sibling preferences. Parents will also need to upload the following required documents: – Student's birth certificate – Student's immunization records – Recent physical exam results (within the last year or planned within 6 months of enrollment) – Proof of residency (e.g., utility bill) – Missouri Safe School Act Form (signed and notarized) – Release of Records Form (previous school information) – And their parent's ID – not asked in the application, we usually ask for it during school tours or via email. Once all the information and documents are submitted, we'll review everything and finalize the enrollment.
