Washington Montessori will focus relentlessly on providing rich academic and social learning opportunities in a nurturing environment that promotes peace, self-discovery, and a love of learning, while empowering all students to reach their greatest potential.

  • Washington Montessori is the only SLPS elementary school that offers  Montessori Instructional practices and philosophies in addition to traditional research-based practices.  Certificated and dedicated staff to offer resources for students with special needs, including  an Early Childhood Special Education program
  • Technology-enriched curriculum, which includes two computer labs, iPADS for every students,  and Smartboards or Smart Televisions in every classroom.
  • Received Cardinals Care Grant to fund materials for a sensory room; also received Bronze Status as one of the healthiest schools in America.
