  • Must be a St. Louis City resident and show proof of St. Louis City residency. Must apply through district's recruitment office and be selected via lottery
  • Must be in 3rd, 4th or 5th Grade
  • Child's birth certificate
  • Immunization/physical/shot records
  • Parent/guardian photo ID Parenting plan/court order or proof of guardianship (if applicable)
  • No negative marks on discipline record
